Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and industrial positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle volume hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing companies.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in technical and blue-collar recruitment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
