HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR recruiter(male or female) to joinour team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end- to -end recruitment and talent aquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibility:

• Handle end- to-end recruitment process (creating job post, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct intial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers
• Ensure smooth onboarding follow ups
• Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experince as HR recruiter
• Prior experince inmanufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple requirements
• Candidates must be located in chennai
• Basic knowledge of HR operation will be prefered

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree / MBA/ PG in HR or related filed.
