Responsibilities
Source & screen candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (interviews, offers, onboarding).
Partner with managers to understand role requirements.
Build strong pipelines for IT recruitment
Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT + non-IT).
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
