What they need
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR recruiter to handle end -to -end recruitment.
1.Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals
2.Handling bulk hiring
3.Conducting initial telephonic interviews and schedule interview with HODs
4.Coordinating with operations team to understand manpower requirements
5.Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
6.Assisting in salary negotiation and offer rollouts
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
