HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, follow-ups, and successful hiring.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
• Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely closures.
• Discuss salary expectations, notice period, location, and other relevant details with candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Assist with recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
• Create basic hiring creatives and social media job posts using Canva.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve sourcing, job descriptions, candidate communication, and recruitment efficiency.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
• Maintain professional communication and provide a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interviewing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and MS Office.
• Basic Canva skills will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI recruitment tools is preferred.
• Candidates should be proactive, confident, and comfortable communicating with candidates on a daily basis.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing, Corporate Recruitment, IT/Non-IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition will be preferred.

Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
