HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter – Facility Management Industry

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Facility Management (FM) industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Good communication in English

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Facility Management positions.
• Recruit Facility Managers, Assistant Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Technical Engineers, Housekeeping, Security, and other FM professionals.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, employee referrals, and recruitment groups.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up on interview feedback and candidate selection.
• Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer releases.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
• Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
