HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and non-faculty positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
• Recruit Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Deans, HoDs, administrative staff, finance professionals, IT staff, and support staff.
• Maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate walk-in interviews, campus recruitment drives, and specialized hiring campaigns.

B. Screening & Interview Coordination

• Screen resumes according to approved job descriptions and eligibility criteria.
• Verify qualifications, relevant experience, current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with HoDs, Deans, Directors, Pro-VC, VC, DG, and senior management, as applicable.
• Collect interview feedback and maintain candidate status in the recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate document verification and reference checks as per university policy.

C. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

• Maintain a vacancy tracker, candidate database, interview schedule, and offer status.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Monitor vacancy ageing, sourcing effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

D. Stakeholder Coordination

• Obtain approved manpower requisitions and detailed job descriptions from departments.
• Coordinate with HoDs and HoIs to understand hiring priorities and selection criteria.
• Negotiate compensation within approved salary bands.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding with the HR team.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
