HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Understanding client requirements and coordinating interviews.
• Following up with candidates for interview and joining.
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
