Hiring: HR Executive – Real Estate Recruitment & Training

Front Demer Real Estates is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard real estate agents
• Conduct interviews and candidate screening
• Train and guide newly joined agents
• Support employee engagement and performance management
• Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment (mandatory)
• Experience in training and onboarding real estate agents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
