HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Source and recruit potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels

Engage and follow up with prospective candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews and recruitment briefings

Support the planning and execution of social media recruitment campaigns to promote career opportunities, events, seminars, and recruitment activities

Assist with recruitment events, including candidate invitations, registration, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up

Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recruitment records

Support the creation and posting of recruitment content across relevant social media platforms

Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment activities, documentation, scheduling, and onboarding

Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for management

Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service

Experience in recruitment, financial services, or recruitment agency will be an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates

Comfortable making outbound calls, sending messages, and proactively approaching prospective candidates

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts

Positive attitude with strong people skills
