Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions across our school branches. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to source suitable candidates, and the capability to close vacancies within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

1. Recruitment and Selection

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Understand the manpower requirements of different departments and school branches.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, demo lectures, and final rounds with the respective Heads of Schools (HOS), Principals, and management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, salary discussions, and joining dates.
• Negotiate salary packages within approved budgets and coordinate the release of offer letters.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely closure of vacancies.

3. Recruitment MIS and Reporting

• Prepare and share daily or weekly recruitment reports with management.
• Maintain records of vacancies, profiles sourced, interviews scheduled, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Track recruitment progress and identify reasons for delays or candidate dropouts.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

4. Coordination and Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with HOS, Principals, branch heads, and department managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Keep stakeholders updated on recruitment progress and pending vacancies.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

5. Job Posting

• Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
• Support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives at school branches.
• Explore new sourcing channels to attract qualified teaching and non-teaching candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a Fresher MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and job portals such as Indeed.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
• Good organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee and candidate information responsibly.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely closure of approved vacancies.
• Number of relevant profiles sourced and shortlisted.
• Number of interviews scheduled and attended.
• Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
• Recruitment turnaround time.
• Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment reports.
• Candidate follow-up and coordination effectiveness.
