HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to ensure the company hires qualified applicants who meet the job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies on Facebook, TikTok, and other recruitment platforms.
• Search for and attract potential applicants.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Review applicants’ resumes, qualifications, and work experience.
• Collect and organize applicant information and requirements.
• Evaluate candidates based on the position’s qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and update applicants on their application status.
• Monitor and follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports and update applicant records.
• Assist in meeting the company’s hiring targets.

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of social media recruitment platforms.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage.

To ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants and help the company meet its staffing needs efficiently.

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
