HR Recruiter

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and outlet managers.
• Post job vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Recruit candidates for positions such as Crew Members, Customer Service Associates, Outlet Managers, Manager Trainees, and corporate roles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies according to manpower requirements.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
