We are a fast-growing mobile phone wholesale company in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced, fast-moving Recruiter who knows how to fill roles quickly and bring a steady flow of relevant, high-quality candidates.

What you will do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for sales, procurement, logistics and office roles.
• Run mass-hiring campaigns and fast-track hiring when the business needs to scale quickly.
• Source and headhunt niche specialists, including passive candidates.
• Build and manage the candidate pipeline in ATS/CRM systems and keep the database clean and up to date.
• Post and promote vacancies across multiple job boards, social media and professional communities.
• Screen, pre-qualify and shortlist candidates so managers interview only relevant people.
• Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, conversion by source) and improve them.
• Build a talent pool for future roles.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including mass hiring and headhunting.
• Proven ability to generate a high volume of relevant, targeted applications.
• Hands-on experience with many sourcing platforms: LinkedIn (Recruiter), Bayt, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, Indeed, Dubizzle, HH.ru, Telegram and social media channels.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (for example Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Workable, Recruitee or similar).
• Knowledge of fast-hiring techniques: Boolean search, outreach sequences, referral programs, recruitment automation.
• Understanding of the UAE labour market and hiring process.
• Energetic, positive, proactive. You move fast and take ownership.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: English required. Russian and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience recruiting for trading, sales or wholesale companies is a plus.
