Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
