- Talent acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for roles such as real estate agents, brokers, and property managers.
- Sourcing and screening: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media, and career sites. Proactively source candidates through professional networks, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry events.

- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are integrated into the company.
- Data and reporting: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill, to improve recruitment strategies.
- Industry knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and specific industry roles to better attract qualified candidates.
