HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from various departments.
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
