Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing CV's from various channels like own database, Job Portals, Social media.
• Screening Candidates, Tracking & Follow-up, Maintaining Database.
• Line up interviews, Arrange Campus Drive, Evaluating the candidate's skills.
• Domestic and International hiring.
• Promote Company Profiles, Bulk Hiring & Referral Program.
• Candidates joining - 5 to 7 Per Month, Full fill the openings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
• Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills required.
• Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experienced in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
