Core Job Responsibilities

* Manpower Planning & Intake: Collaborate with department heads (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance) to forecast seasonal staffing needs and define job criteria.

* Job Description Creation & Posting: Write and publish targeted job ads across multi-platform job boards, social media, industry portals, and hospitality school networks.

* Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management: Actively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, employee referral programs, walk-in drives, and hospitality training institutes.

* Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and evaluate candidates for core hospitality traits such as guest-orientation, empathy, communication skills, and reliability.

* Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, coordinate panel evaluations with general managers or department heads.

* Background Verifications & Compliance: Conduct reference checks, police/background verifications, and ensure proper documentation (including work permits, health/hygiene certificates, or visas where applicable).

* Offer Negotiation & Rollout: Negotiate compensation, shift allowances, tips/incentives structures, and onboarding dates with selected candidates.

* Onboarding & Induction Support: Hand off new hires into orientation programs, standard operating procedure (SOP) training, and uniform/grooming check-ins.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
