• Flexible to adapt to new methods of recruitment as suggested by the Company

• All the vacancies must be filled within the mentioned time

• Company criteria must be strictly followed while recruiting

• End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled

• Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting feedback,document verification, background Verification-Pushing the complete file to HRM to release the
  offer

• Once the offer is released follow up till DOJ, guiding in the onboarding process
