HR Recruiter – Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, databases and references.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
• Maintain candidate pipeline, interview status and recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Location: R.K. Iconic Building. Rajkot
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
