HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job descriptions and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and onboarding/joining.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other alternative sourcing channels.
• JD Analysis & Search Strategy: Understand job requirements, identify relevant talent pools, develop effective search strings, and create sourcing strategies based on the role.
• IT & Non-IT Recruitment: Handle recruitment requirements across IT and Non-IT positions in the Indian market.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates based on relevant experience, technical or functional suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
• Headhunting & Niche Hiring: Proactively identify and engage suitable candidates for specialized, niche, and senior-level positions, including leadership roles where applicable.
• Multiple Requirement Management: Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining sourcing quality and recruitment timelines.
• Candidate Engagement & Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring consistent follow-ups and a positive candidate experience until joining.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, communicate interview feedback, and follow up on selection decisions.
• Offer & Joining Management: Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, notice periods, and joining commitments to support successful closures.
• Recruitment Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing updates, interview status, and recruitment progress.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying candidates for challenging requirements and use alternative sourcing methods when standard job portals are insufficient.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant recruitment experience in the Indian market.
• Comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and headhunting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and take ownership of candidates until joining.
• Candidates must currently reside in Pune and be available for a face-to-face interview.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
