我們正在尋找一位資深招募專員加入台北/台中團隊，負責公司核心人才的招募與延攬。此職位將專注於完整招募流程與人才搜尋，透過多元管道協助公司持續擴編與成長。

主要工作內容包含招募策略規劃、人才搜尋與初步面談、面試流程安排與候選人體驗優化，並協助雇主品牌相關活動，如校園招募與就業博覽會等。

【Requirements】

• 1–3 年以上人力資源招募經驗（具獵頭或科技產業經驗尤佳）；資深人才亦歡迎應徵，職級及薪資可依經驗面議
• 熟悉完整招募流程與各類人才搜尋管道
• 具備良好溝通協調能力與人際互動技巧
• 熟悉 Office 軟體，具備數據整理與報告能力
• 熟悉 LinkedIn、104 等人才搜尋工具

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Taichung / Taipei team.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing to support our continued business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through multiple channels, managing the full recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will also support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment and job fairs.

📌 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of HR recruitment experience (executive search or tech industry experience is a plus).
• Senior candidates are also welcome to apply; job title and compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and prepare reports.
• Experience using LinkedIn, 104, or other recruitment platforms.
