Job Description

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive to join our Recruitment Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and selection.
• Manage offer rollouts and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring updates.
• Handle bulk hiring and individual recruitment requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruitment targets and timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Experience in IT / ITES / BFSI / Corporate Banking recruitment will be an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate Joiners Only.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
