HR Recruiter Job DescriptionResponsibilities: 1Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and other platforms2Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit3Schedule interviews, prepare interview questions and agendas, and facilitate interview discussions4Manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience5Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices6Negotiate employment offers and coordinate onboarding processes7Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices in the industry8Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
