Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews with hospital departments and management.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Understand hospital staffing requirements and close vacancies within timelines.

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with hiring managers.
