HR Recruiter

Job Brief

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to source, screen, and interview job candidates, and manage the hiring lifecycle from initial contact to job offer and onboarding. Your goal is to build strong candidate pipelines and help us attract top talent to match our company's culture and growth objectives.

• Job Postings: Craft clear job descriptions, and post openings across job boards and social media.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and niche platforms.
• Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone/video/in-person screenings, and evaluate candidates using structured scorecards.
• Offer Management: Coordinate interviews with department panels, assist in compensation benchmarking, and manage job offer negotiations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a talent acquisition role (typically 1–10 years for mid-level)
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal rapport, negotiation abilities, and time management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
