Job Description

Ecavo Agro Daily Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for sales, marketing, operations, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various FMCG positions.
• Hire candidates for sales roles, including Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, and other field sales positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build a talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely vacancy closures and maintain recruitment documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to recruit for sales and non-sales positions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
