Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial intake meetings with Department to candidate on boarding.

· Recruitment strategies structures.

· Execute advanced Boolean search queries and use matching on Naukri.com (Resdex)

· Indeed.com for CV database mining targeted applicant matching, and organic pipeline development.

· Proactively head hunt passive engineering candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, assessing professional portfolios, technical networks.

· Publish job advertisements across Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and specialized engineering job boards to maximize qualified application volumes.

· Conduct thorough preliminary phone screenings to evaluate technical foundational knowledge, project experience, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

· Managing and maintaining daily interview schedules using Excel.

· Coordinating with HODs via email and phone to confirm and arrange interviews.

· Maintaining interview trackers, follow-up sheets, and candidate progress reports.

· Updating and managing the daily interview register.

· Handling departmental file management in the absence of Mr. Anil.

· Preparing birthday circulars and organizing celebrations for staff.

· Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic screening for open roles.

· Assisting in the on boarding process, including documentation and orientation scheduling.

Experience: 2yrs to 5 Yrs

Salary: 18k – 25k
