Job Description – HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify suitable candidates, and support the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer releases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor's degree.
• MBA in HR or an HR-related qualification is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
