HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, Team Leaders, Managers, and corporate positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and senior management.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and selection decisions.
• Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers within approved budgets, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Collect and verify candidate documents before the offer process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, candidate databases, and daily EOD reports.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining and minimize candidate dropouts.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and fulfil hiring targets within defined timelines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
