HR Recruiter

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer follow-ups.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Use personal sourcing portals, tools, and networks to generate relevant candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Must have access to their own candidate sourcing portals, recruitment tools, or established sourcing channels.
• Strong knowledge of resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets without constant supervision.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• A reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a dedicated work-from-home setup are mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
