Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Understand manpower requirements and source candidates as per job specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Department Heads and Management.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Support bulk and project-based hiring for construction sites when required.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Construction/Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Work Location: Sector 132, Noida – In Person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
