Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Openings: Multiple

Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Shift: Day Shift | Any 8-hour shift

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Interview Mode: Virtual

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end recruitment for Inside Sales and Tele Sales positions.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

-Deliver 2 qualified immediate-joining candidates daily.

-Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates suitability.

-Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate availability throughout the hiring process.

-Conduct and support candidate training sessions.

-Ensure candidates meet the required criteria for offer release.

-Follow up with candidates after joining to track performance and support target achievement.

-Maintain a backup candidate pipeline to manage dropouts and replacements.

Prepare and submit daily recruitment and hiring reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Any graduate or candidates with other educational qualifications.

-Prior recruitment experience preferred.

-Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

-Languages: English, Hindi, and Kannada.Laptop is mandatory.

Daily Hiring Expectations

• 2 qualified Tele Sales candidates daily

• Immediate joiners only

• Complete ownership of the recruitment process

• Backup candidates ready for dropouts

• Candidate qualification for offer letters

• Training coordination and post-joining performance follow-up
