Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including entry-level, mid-level, and leadership roles.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview feedback and selection decisions.
• Negotiate salary expectations and discuss notice periods with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and hiring databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer rollouts, joining formalities, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in corporate, bulk, or operations hiring will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
• Candidates who can independently manage recruitment from sourcing to joining will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
