As a Human Resources Recruiter at Our Daily Bread Ministries, you'll help attract, engage, and support employees throughout their employment journey. From recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and HR projects, you'll partner with hiring managers and employees to help build a thriving, Christ-centered workplace where every team member can grow and serve.

What You'll Do

Lead Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruiting process from requisition assignment and intake meetings through job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate Recruiting Operations: Use ClickUp and other systems to prioritize Talent Acquisition activities, coordinate workload, monitor applicant flow, and ensure hiring needs receive timely and effective support.

Support Employee Engagement & Transitions: Conduct employee exit interviews, document feedback, maintain accurate employee change records, and help identify insights that can strengthen the employee experience and organizational culture.

Maintain HR Systems & Records: Keep HR tracking documents and spreadsheets accurate and current, including records related to employee changes, recruiting activity, onboarding, and survey feedback.

Support HR Projects & Initiatives: Assist with special Human Resources projects and departmental initiatives, including retirement celebrations, project management assignments, and other activities that support employees and the ministry.

What You Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, with 2–3+ years of progressive HR experience focused on recruitment, employee relations, and talent development. A master's degree and SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification are a plus. Multistate HR experience is required; international experience is preferred.

Talent Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer processes, and pre-employment activities.

Technology & Systems Proficiency: Technology savvy with experience using HRIS systems such as ADP, Microsoft Office, SurveyMonkey, Teams, Zoom, ClickUp, and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media job boards, and other job posting sites.

HR Knowledge & Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, compliance, and employee practices, with the ability to develop and support HR programs that advance organizational goals.

Communication & Relationship-Building: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.

Professionalism & Discretion: Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive employee and organizational information with discretion.

What You Bring Spiritually
