Position: Recruiter Intern (Remote)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Share job details and provide proper guidance to candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment reports and records.

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA / B.Com / MBA candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
• Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.

Performance-Based Stipend

• 0–4 Joinings: No Stipend
• 5–8 Joinings: ₹3,000
• 9–12 Joinings: ₹5,000
• 13–15 Joinings: ₹7,500
• 16+ Joinings: ₹10,000

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
