HR Recruiter Intern

We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Recruiter Intern to assist our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, learning how to identify qualified candidates, manage applicant pipelines, and support a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Search job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), and online databases to source prospective candidates for active roles.
• Resume Screening: Review inbound applications against job descriptions to shortlist candidates who meet core technical and cultural requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invitations and logistics.
• Candidate Communication: Send prompt update emails, application status notices, and interview prep guides to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Applicant Tracking & Database Management: Keep candidate profiles, interview feedback, and status updates organized within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• High organization and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sourcing or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
