HR Recruiter Intern

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in client management, recruitment, staffing, and business development.
The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their hiring requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, following up on open positions, and supporting the overall account management process.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• ​Connect with clients regularly to understand their hiring requirements.
• ​Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for suitable profiles.
• ​Follow up with clients regarding CV feedback, interviews, selections, and closures.
• ​Coordinate between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
• ​Track open positions and recruitment progress for assigned clients.
• ​Support the team in generating recurring recruitment requirements from existing clients.
• ​Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
• ​Assist in handling client queries and escalations.
• ​Participate in face-to-face client meetings when required.
• ​Maintain regular updates on client requirements, candidate status, and closures.
• ​Work closely with internal teams to ensure requirements are closed within the required TAT.
• ​Develop a good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and client management processes.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
