Junior HR Recruiter – Kashipur

Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Any graduate can apply
• Freshers are welcome; relevant recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic recruitment tools.
