Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Support the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or MBA in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow up efficiently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
