HR Recruiter Intern

Job Summary

RemarkHR is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment advertisements.
• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), or a related degree.
• Freshers with an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
