Job Title: HR Recruiter- intern
Work Schedule: 4 days onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and 2 days remote
Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter - intern to manage recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting and hiring the right talent.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Post job openings and manage applications
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR with 1 year relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
