HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Baner Pune

Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to assist our HR team in hiring and onboarding candidates. This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Post job openings on various platforms
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist in basic HR administrative tasks

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed (preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (HR or Management preferred)
• Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Freshers are welcome to apply
