Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

• Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Assist the HR team with recruitment documentation and daily activities.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
