Job Overview

Tasknera HR Solution is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Interns to support its talent acquisition activities. This three-month remote internship is suitable for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to develop practical skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

The selected candidates will work with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for open positions, maintain candidate pipelines, and support the hiring process from initial sourcing through successful joining.

This is an incentive-based internship with no fixed salary. Candidates will receive incentives for successful candidate joining in accordance with the company's applicable incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest and suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and collect relevant information.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Monitor candidate progress from sourcing and screening to selection and joining.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active job openings.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final-year graduating students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior recruitment experience is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
• Access to a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
