Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing requirements.
• Learn end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
