What they need
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle manpower requirements for Production, CNC, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, PPC, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, references and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout and candidate follow-up.
- Drive joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database and recruitment MIS.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing manpower requirements.
