HR Recruiter (Nariman Point, Mumbai)

Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Working Days / Working Hours: Monday to Saturday / 9 AM - 6 PM (Currently working on a Trial of Alternate Saturday's Off.)

5+ years of experience in End-to-end Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and HR processes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or service industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
