Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle for non-technical positions, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and manpower plans from business teams and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and operational positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closure.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS data.
• Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with management.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate collection of required documents.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition .
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment/ATS tools.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
